AmiraXocolatl

Chocolate, guided by the soul of its origin.

Bean-to-bar chocolate and ritual cacao, handmade in small batches from single-origin beans, and shared at tastings, circles and gatherings.

Bean to bar

A bar is a place, made edible.

Each percentage is chosen to bring out the character of its origin. Each bar comes from one place: its farm, its fermentation and its terroir.

Made slowly, by one pair of hands.

From raw bean to bar, every step happens in small batches so each harvest still tastes like itself.

  • 01Selected at origin. Beans chosen from growers who ferment and dry with care.
  • 02Roasted to reveal. Gentle profiles that bring out the bean, never bury it.
  • 03Stone-ground & aged. Conched for silk, then rested so flavour settles.
  • 04Wrapped by hand. Each bar finished and labelled with its place of birth.

The hands behind it

I'm Salomé. Amira Xocolatl began with a fascination for cacao — not only as an ingredient, but as a plant, a culture, and a bridge between people.

Every creation begins with respect for the farmers, the bean's origin and traditional knowledge, backed by my own expertise: sixteen years working with cacao at its source.

Alongside the bars, I hold tastings, cacao circles and quiet gatherings — invitations to slow down, connect, and rediscover the richness hidden inside a single bean.

The land sings, we listen — and invite you to taste it all.

— Salomé

Cacao & ritual

Chocolate you taste. Cacao you feel.

Beyond the bar, Amira brings ritual cacao to circles, tastings and gatherings, for friends, events and retreats.

Circle

The cacao circle

A deeper, ritual circle led with care — ceremonial-grade cacao, stillness and space for music.

In their words

What those who've tasted it say.

Bailar, sentir y conectar. Eso es lo que comparto a través del Método Liberato. Por eso Amira Xocolatl me acompaña en muchas experiencias: porque, más que chocolate, es una invitación a la presencia, al encuentro y a celebrar la vida.

Not all chocolate is the same, especially when it is crafted with such love and passion.

Amira Xocolatl encouraged me during my journey from milk chocolate to enjoying strong dark chocolate. It is delicious and you can see, smell and taste the love that was felt during producing it. I can highly recommend it!

No trae simplemente cacao: trae conocimiento, presencia y una forma muy especial de acompañar a las personas en un viaje de conexión consigo mismas.

The first time I saw Salome, she offered me chocolate. The last time, she did as well. And all the times in between too. The love, passion and effort she puts into her chocolate make it something special — it cannot be put into words. Because of the chocolate she makes, I fell in love with pure chocolate. Side note: I didn't like pure chocolate before.

The chocolate itself has a heavenly aroma that evokes the diverse environments of its origins. When I taste it, it melts blissfully in my mouth, and I can savor its exquisite quality. The quality of the chocolate is impressive.

Amira Xocolatl brings out the soul of the cacao. You can taste the beautiful variety of the cacao bean's origin. It's the closest that chocolate could get to the pureness of its main ingredient. Amira Xocolatl is not just chocolate, it's love for nature in solid form. Once you had the chance to savor it, you will know! Highly recommended!

Martin Konrad · Germany

I've experienced many ceremonial cacaos and chocolates in my life, but there is nothing quite like this. It is pure beauty — a gentle caress for all your senses and your entire being. You can feel how much love and care Salome puts into creating a truly unique experience. Enjoy this lovely gem as it gently melts in your mouth.
